We suggest that you contact us initially by telephone to make an appointment at our offices which are close to the City Centre of Cardiff and we will then be able to advise you on what ocumentation you will need to bring with you. For example, if you are signing a document, we will need to have evidence of your identity, such as your passport and a utility bill or bank statement with your present address on it.
We understand that the need for notarisation may be urgent or unexpected, requiring immediate assistance. We can usually see you at short notice, usually the same day, and we are also able to attend your offices or home if you require. We will usually be able to give you details of our charges when you contact us as this depends on various factors such as the type of service you require and the number of documents (Please see our Terms of Business on next page) . We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express.
